Liverpool FC has issued an urgent travel warning to fans heading to the stadium. Due to major engineering works on the Merseyrail Northern Line, trains from the north are terminating at Sandhills, and southern services are ending at Hunts Cross, with replacement buses in operation. Fans are urged to allow significant extra travel time.
