The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has unveiled its projected budget proposals for the upcoming financial year, including a planned 20p increase to the standard cash toll for the Queensway and Kingsway tunnels. However, the region's Metro Mayor confirmed that discounted rates for local T-Flow account holders will remain frozen to protect regular commuters.
